1. Acceptance of Terms

By utilizing the services provided by Vital Food, registered at Calle Marqués de Larios 5, Málaga, you enter into a legally binding agreement. Our servicio de comidas preparadas is designed to support individuals seeking a high-quality lifestyle through structured nutrition.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to initiate pedidos de alimentación saludable. If you are ordering on behalf of a household or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Subscription & Delivery Logistics

Our entrega de comida saludable operates on a recurring schedule to ensure you always have fresh, calorie-controlled meals at hand. Delivery windows are confirmed upon checkout and vary based on your specific zone within Spain.

Cut-off Times

Changes to your weekly menu must be finalized 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery day.

Cold Chain Integrity

Meals are transported in temperature-controlled packaging. Responsibility for storage transfers upon delivery.

3. Nutritional Precision & Accuracy

Vital Food prides itself on providing comidas completas con recuento de calorías. While we adhere to strict preparation standards, minor variances in nutritional values may occur due to the natural seasonality of fresh produce.

Our menú dietético a domicilio is intended for healthy adults looking to optimize their daily intake. We do not provide medical assessments. If you have severe allergies, it is your responsibility to verify the ingredient list provided for every dish in the Vital Food app or on our website.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vital Food provides services "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our platform or the consumption of meals once the cold chain packaging has been opened by the customer.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, labor disputes, or extreme weather within the Málaga region or throughout Spain.

06 User Conduct

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Any fraudulent activity or misuse of promotional codes will result in immediate termination of the subscription and possible recovery of costs through legal channels.

07 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be handled exclusively by the courts located in Málaga, Spain.
